Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14.2
In short: Use Partner4Events to run real events with real partners. Don’t spam, don’t upload things you don’t have rights to, and don’t try to break or misuse the Service.
You may not use Partner4Events to:
- Send spam or unwanted bulk messages, or invite people who have no business relationship with your event.
- Upload or share content you don’t have the rights to, such as logos, photos or documents belonging to others without permission.
- Share anything illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence.
- Impersonate someone, misrepresent your connection to an organization, or run fake events or sponsorship scams.
- Collect payments for goods or services that are illegal or that you don’t intend to provide.
- Upload malware, or try to access accounts, organizations or data that aren’t yours.
- Add sponsors, vendors or their staff as team members to avoid using partner slots, or upload, answer, sign or pay on a partner’s behalf.
- Probe, scan or test the Service’s security, overload it, or get around its limits (such as creating extra accounts to avoid paying for partner slots, splitting one event across several free events, or creating accounts or events to get more free days) without our written permission.
- Scrape or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Break any law, including privacy, anti-spam, export and sanctions laws.
