Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026 · Version 2026-10-14.2

In short: Partner4Events is a tool that helps event organizers work with their sponsors and vendors. You own your content, you’re responsible for your own deals with your partners, and we don’t take a cut of your sponsorship money. Try it free; passes are refundable within 30 days while unused; Pro renews until you cancel.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Partner4Events LLC (“Partner4Events”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Partner4Events website and portal (the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use the Service for a company or organization, you confirm that you can agree on its behalf, and “you” includes that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Accounts and roles

3. Your relationship with your partners

Partner4Events is a tool. We are not a party to any sponsorship, vendor, or other agreement between an organizer and its partners, and we don’t act as an agent, broker, or guarantor for either side. Organizers and partners are each responsible for their own agreements, deliverables, event, taxes, permits, insurance and legal obligations. Documents signed through the Service are between the people who sign them.

4. Plans, passes and payment

5. Payments between organizers and partners

Organizers invoice partners from the portal and choose how they accept payment; partners pay the organizer directly and we never hold the money. Where an organizer connects their own Stripe account, those payments go directly to the organizer’s Stripe account under Stripe’s own terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. We don’t add a fee. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks on those payments are between the organizer, the partner and Stripe.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or enter, such as logos, files, contracts, messages and contact details (“Your Content”). You give us a limited permission to host, copy, process, display and send Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you and the people you share it with (for example, showing a sponsor’s logo to the organizer who requested it). You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content and that sharing it through the Service doesn’t break any law or anyone else’s rights.

Organizers control the personal information they add about their partners, team and attendees, and we process it on their behalf under our Data Processing Agreement.

7. Your records

Partner4Events is a tool for working with your partners, not a records-keeping or archiving service. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of contracts, invoices, tax forms, certificates and anything else you may need for your taxes, insurance, audits or disputes. You can download your documents at any time. We aim to keep signed agreements and financial records for up to 5 years after the event while your account is open, but we don’t guarantee it, and we’ll email you before any of your documents are deleted. Once something has been deleted from the Service, providing it if it’s ever needed is your responsibility, not ours.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break it, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, email info@partner4events.com with the details required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a signed statement of good faith). We’ll respond promptly and may remove the material. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be closed.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you’ve paid for in a way that materially reduces the Service, you may ask for a prorated refund of the unused part.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. Before closing, export anything you want to keep. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, don’t pay, or put others at risk. After an account closes we delete its content as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep records by law.

12. Disclaimers

Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We aren’t responsible for the conduct of organizers, partners or other users, or for the outcome of any event or agreement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims from third parties arising from Your Content, your agreements with your partners, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days by contacting the other. If that doesn’t resolve it, any claim must be brought in the state courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, or the federal courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and each side consents to those courts’ jurisdiction.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we’ll notify you by email or in the portal, and ask you to agree to the new version the next time you sign in. The version and date at the top of this page show which version is current.

17. Other

These Terms, together with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn’t a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
