Is Partner4Events really free?
Yes. Every event you create is free with 2 sponsors or vendors, you plus 1 teammate, and every feature, with no card. You can have up to 2 free events active at a time. During our launch offer, your first event is also free at any size, up to 200 sponsors and vendors.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Neither the free plan nor the launch-offer event asks for a card.
What happens when my event needs more than 2 sponsors or vendors?
During the launch offer, choose any size for your first event and it’s free. After that, paid sizes start at $99 per event and open soon; message us if you need one before then.
Do you take a percentage of sponsorship money?
No. Sponsors and vendors pay you directly and we never add a platform fee. If they pay by card or bank transfer, their payment provider charges its usual processing fee.
Can I get my data out if I stop using it?
Yes. Export your sponsors and vendors to Excel or CSV, or export a whole event including deliverables, invoices and team, at any time.
